Comprising of various tasks, like watching videos, completing surveys, playing games, etc; this service provides you with plenty of ways to make money online.
There are so many websites out there with similar models and it is difficult to know which among these are worth your time and which ones are not.

What Is EarnHoney?
EarnHoney is Get Paid To the website that provides its users with plenty of ways to make money. Suck websites are fast becoming popular these days, as they provide easy options to make some quick cash.
Who would’ve thought that by watching videos or playing games, you could be making money? But with EarnHoney, it is possible. The main idea behind this app is to get user engagement and user opinions in exchange for money.
Started in 2014, this website has built a strong name in the market and does well to stand tall against its competitors.
How Does It Work?
The concept behind EarnHoney is simple. You get paid to do certain micro tasks like completing a survey or playing a game. The payouts are on the lower spectrum, but the tasks are quite fun.
EarnHoney pays the user in a virtual currency called HD$ or Honey Dollars. Each Honey Dollar is equivalent to one penny.
To get started a user is required to signup with his email id on the website. Upon registration, the user is given a brief through a video.
That video is roughly 30 seconds long and earns you 30 Honey Dollars just to watching the video and answering a few basic, simple questions.
After this, there are plenty of ways a user can make money on this platform. The most prominent method though is through surveys.
Each survey earns you 5 Honey Dollars. Each survey targets a specific niche and interest and is based on a specific demographic group. As a result, it may become difficult sometimes, to qualify for the surveys.
Users can even earn money in a passive manner by watching videos. EarnHoney pays the users just for keeping the videos running.
So if you start the videos, and keep them running in the background, you will make money passively. There’s no need to indulge in the videos in any manner.
Other popular earning methods involve playing games and completing certain offers. Although there’s only one game available as of now, the game is quite addictive.
It’s called 2048, and you need to match a similar tile in order to form the number 2048. The game will feature ads, and for every 10 minutes that you play this game, you’ll be making an extra 3 Hone Dollars.
The website pays through gift cards and PayPal. The minimum threshold is only $2 but can be very challenging as the 1 Honey Dollar equals just 1 penny.
Pros
1. The website has a very simple sign up process and easy to use interface.
2. The website provides various ways to earn money including surveys, games, etc.
3. The videos can be made to run in the background and can earn a few extra dollars every day.
4. The website has plenty of redemption methods, with the minimum threshold only at $2.
Cons
1. The money earned from each task is very less. 1 Honey Dollars only gets you $0.01.
2. Only 1 game is available at the moment.
3. You may be rejected from surveys, hence making you no money in the process.
Would I recommend this website?
The earning potential with this website is really low. If you have the patience to work with a website for 6 months and then get finally paid, then you might like EarnHoney.
I’m guessing this would not be the case with many people as no one wants to wait that long to accumulate enough points in their accounts to finally cash out.
Another thing that really bothered me is that you are not going to get easily qualified for all surveys. There are going to be a few surveys that can get paid for but then again, the pay is really less, you need to take a few surveys if you wish to make some considerable income.
The time that you invest in this website is not worth it given the amount of effort that you need to put in order to complete surveys and tasks.
Conclusion
I do not think EarnHoney is for someone who wants to make serious money online. If you are looking for a part-time income then you might be interested in this opportunity.
This is more like a website where you can spend your free time and do some activities to earn points. You cannot get serious about this opportunity as it is not going to help you make a full-time or even a part-time income.
If you are serious about making money online then you can start off the way I did. I went through a lot of programs before I could actually get to training that would be beginner-friendly and help me make thousands of dollars online.
I did not know to code and hence I was skeptical if there was any way I could make money online and then I found Wealthy Affiliate.
I started off with the Free trial membership where I got a look at how the training is and if I would be interested to invest my time and energy into this.
Once I was sure about it, I went for the starter premium membership which is just $19/month. I mean for less than a dollar per day, you get access to a course that will help you make a full-time income online.
You are going to be learning affiliate marketing in this course and how you can make a blog within any niche and then turn it into a money-making machine.

This was by far, the best affordable course for me since I was low on budget as well. I have been working on my niche websites for years now and make a full-time income online.
If you go premium, you can even chat with me one on one and ask me any doubts or queries that you have regarding your online business. I have seen many people succeed with this and if you want to know more about my journey then you can read it here.
