What is Review Dollars all about?

Review Dollars is a “unique” website which lets you make money by watching adult videos. No Joke. It actually promises to pay you for every video you watch and to be paid you need to leave a rating and review for the given video.

How to get started?

All you need to do is register your email address and you are good to go. There would be a list of videos which you are expected to watch and provide your reviews on them. It sounds simple although there is more to this scammy venture.

Is Review Dollars Legit?

To provide an honest opinion about the Review Dollars, I did check out their website and it was pretty much shocking that they had no sales pitch landing page where an actual person tries to sell you the product. This does not mean that those sales pitch landing pages are legit but at least they are associating a face with the product.

Here, the website was plain and that itself was a little suspicious to me. Since I had to write a review about the product so I went ahead and registered my email id and in the next step there was a list of adult videos and I had to choose one among them to review and get paid.

As soon as you click on one of the videos you are taken to another page where you are asked to provide your credit card details and this is where you finally realize that this product is a scam. They ask you to pay $1 to watch the video as a safety deposit and as soon as you have watched the video and left a review you are paid $1.50 along with the $1(at least this is what they say)

What happened next…

I did not go further since most of the people who went ahead have complained that they do not refund the $1 that they deduct from your card as a safety deposit and they even take some hidden charges which can be anything around $50 without your consent.

This program is completely a scam and giving your credit card details to them would be a sin. Apart from the extra charges, you will not get paid even the $ 1.50 as promised and that would again leave you irritated with the site. This website is just a setup to get your credit card details and if you really want to make money online then try to avoid this site completely because it is just aimed at depleting your funds.

The FAQ section here says that they want to be leading providers in consumer rating and research for adult industry, well, there are many people out there watching porn and writing their reviews without getting paid. If someone asked you to leave a review on a video and only then you would have access to it, wouldn’t you go ahead and just write a review in order to access the video?

Well, most of the adult movie addicts would do it for free just to get their hands on new videos then why would a site like Review Dollars pay you for that? It really does not make any sense and if there was some other brilliant plan that the founders of Review dollars had in mind for which they thought of paying the reviewers then they would mention that somewhere in the site.

The site does not provide much information about the site, the founders and how it makes money, the fact that the site is not transparent should itself tell you that there is something suspicious about the entire Review Dollars program.

Complaints

The program already has a lot of complaints everywhere on the internet and it has scammed many people by deducting some amount from their credit cards. There is one complaint where the consumer was robbed of $60 from his account and when asked about the deduction he was informed that it was some membership on a random site to which he got registered.

Later he never got a refund which was even more frustrating as he never knew what he was being billed for and no one would actually help him out. Such techniques adopted by these websites are really annoying and will make you lose hope in making money online.

Such cases are really a shame on the Internet Marketing industry because these techniques are only aimed at looting people. These folks will soon be out of business but till then they would have taken money from people, so I would highly advise you to stay away from the site.

Conclusion

This program is completely a scam and I would highly advise that you do not provide your credit card details to such sites. They are fraudulent and it might cause some mysterious bank balance depletion once they get hold of your credit card details.

The idea behind the program is silly and really makes no sense as to why would anyone want to get a review on an adult video. People would watch it anyway regardless of the reviews and if someone wants to leave a review they would do it for free, so being paid to do something which isn’t out of the box is too good to be true.

If you really want to make some money online then do check out the way I use which is way more legit. I do make a full-time income from internet marketing and try to stay away from such scams as much as possible. Want to get started online, read my review of the best online training.

    Hello,
    Good article.
I think I would stay away from anything adult content and videos on the internet. Especially if you are giving them account information. There are too many ways to get scammed, viruses, and money stolen.

There are too many ways to make money online without including adult themed content.

Thanks for the information again and good luck.

I agree with you, Mark. People should try to stay away from these adult content creators because they have way too many fraudulent techniques to make money from people. I think Review Dollars is one such case and it is the biggest online scam ever.

Getting paid to watch adult videos, I knew it sounded too good to be true! I don’t think that is something I could do all day anyway. With scams, it is really scary you never know if they will sell your credit card information to other people too. I always worry about getting ripped off in multiple ways

Yes, exactly I too thought this was too good to be true and after reading a few experiences that people had with them, I never had the courage to give away my credit card information.

I think people should stay away from this site as much as possible.
