Survey Spot is meant only for U.S. Residents so if you live in the U.S. then getting started with the website is pretty easy. All you have to do is register your email address and once you are done with that, they send you a form where you fill up your personal details.
Once you are done with all of this, you are now eligible to take surveys and Survey Spot will send surveys your way. It’s more like Survey Savvy where you are sent surveys and you do not get to choose a survey.
You earn points once you take up a survey and you can earn anywhere from 100-250 points depending on the survey you take. Every 100 points equal $1 so basically, you are getting paid around $1-$2 for a particular survey.
My Personal Opinion About Survey Spot
Survey Spot looked like a legit website but the frequency at which they send surveys your way is very less. Honestly, you would not get more than one survey a week which is pretty less if you want to make a consistent income from this website.
Another common complaint is that they take a lot of time when it comes to releasing payouts. So you are already taking a lot of time to accumulate some points in your account and then you need to wait longer because of the payouts.
There are a few users who have complained that their accounts were frozen when they requested for a payout. This is something very typical of survey websites that are not legit. There are a few who got paid as well but this is something you should be aware of when it comes to Survey Spot.

3. You have a minimum threshold of $5 for vouchers which means you need to accumulate 500 points and you have a $10 threshold for PayPal.
Cons
1. It is available to only U.S. Residents.
2. There is a possibility of late payouts or even worse your accounts would be frozen.
3. The frequency of the surveys that are being sent is very low.
4. You get paid in pennies for every survey you take, making it impossible to make a full-time income from this opportunity.
Would I recommend Survey Spot?
If you are looking for some part-time income then you can give this site a try. It is FREE to join and you can make a few extra bucks every year by being a part of the website.
The fact that the earning potential is so minimal makes me want to say skip this website and try another one. There are plenty of other survey sites that are much better than this one.
If you want to just keep this account on the side then you are welcome to do so but if you ask my opinion I would suggest that it would be better if you invest your time in other money making opportunities.
Conclusion
Survey Spot is an okayish survey site but the fact that the frequency of the surveys sent is really low results in very lower money-making potential. Even if you end up earning anything from the website it would be a part-time income and not a full time sustained income.
I went through a lot of such programs before I actually started making any money online. It is pretty difficult to believe that you can make a full-time income if you look at these programs that do not help you make a consistent income.
