Toluna Surveys help you make money online by taking part in surveys. The surveys that you answer help in market research and hence can influence the products and services that are provided to the consumers by huge brands.
Signing up with the survey website was pretty easy as all you have to do is fill up your basic information and once you confirm your email, you can get started.
However, something that I did not like was the fact that you have to give your phone number while signing up.
There have been a few survey websites in the past that just blast your phone with spam calls and even though it was not from them, I received at least 50 random calls per day and that is the reason I do not incline towards survey website that ask for your contact number while signing up.

Once you complete a survey, points would be credited to your account and they can range anywhere from 15-50000 points per survey. You can cash out your points in terms of gift certificates or Paypal.
If you want to cash out in terms of PayPal then you have to accumulate at least 90,000 points which is equivalent to $30 and for receiving a gift card you need to have at least 30,000 points in your account.

3. You get paid in cash, unlike most of the survey websites that keep only gift cards as the option for payment, Toluna does pay in cash. You can even opt for a gift card as they give away gift cards from Amazon, Best Buy, Wal-mart, etc.
4. You can live in any part of the world and you can still sign up to this survey website which is pretty amazing. Most of the survey websites limit it to a few countries but it is not the case with Toluna.
Cons of joining the website
1. The website had a pretty good run initially but most of the members are complaining now and saying that their quality has decreased over time and apparently it is the worst at the moment.
2. Apparently, they are not paying many members on time and you get locked out of your account for no reason. These issues are pretty common with most of the survey websites so when you are investing time in them, you might want to consider this before investing your time and energy in completing a survey.
3. The pay per survey is very less, if you are looking to make a consistent income every month then you might want to look out for other money-making opportunities as it is not possible with this website.

Although you should consider that the payout is not that great and even though you have some weekly sweepstakes, it is really not worth wasting your time over it.
